2021
Idea
In 2021, the concept for MARK Real Estate Consulting was born. Founded by experienced professionals with over two decades of combined experience in local and international firms, the company was envisioned to fill a critical gap in the Saudi market. MARK aimed to be a consultancy that could seamlessly blend deep local insights with global best practices.
2022
Testing
Throughout 2022, MARK conducted extensive market testing across various sectors and regions of Saudi Arabia. This phase yielded valuable insights, particularly highlighting the need for more precise, data-driven approaches to feasibility studies. These findings became a cornerstone of MARK’s service offering, shaping its unique approach to real estate consulting.
2023
Penetration
In 2023, MARK began promoting its consulting services to a select group of clients. This included work on significant mixed-use developments and other key projects across the Kingdom. The strategic approach allowed MARK to demonstrate its unique value proposition, particularly its ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while applying international standards.
2024
Creation
MARK officially launched as a full-service real estate consulting company in 2024. The launch highlighted MARK’s innovative solutions, including advanced market analysis techniques and sustainable development advisory services. Looking ahead, MARK aims to play a pivotal role in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, particularly in areas of urban development and housing strategies.

CEO
Ammar Qutub is the Vice President of Abaad and the founder of Mark Real Estate Advisory. With a strong background in real estate valuation & advisory, Ammar has previously worked with Colliers International, where he gained extensive experience in the industry. Holding MRICS, FRTAQEEM, and VAL certifications, Ammar combines a deep understanding of market dynamics with a commitment to excellence. At Mark, Ammar leads with a vision to drive innovative solutions and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Fouad Abou Rafeh
Managing Director
Fouad is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience at both local and international firms since 2003. Prior to joining MARK, he led the real estate division at Alkhabeer Capital. Fouad also served as the head of Advisory at Colliers in Saudi Arabia and gained valuable experience at EY within the Real Estate Transaction Advisory Services department. In addition to his expertise in real estate advisory, Fouad has extensive experience in real estate development, particularly in transforming real estate concepts into profitable projects across various sectors, including office, hospitality, residential, and Logistics & Warehousing. Fouad holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Studies with a concentration in Finance from the Lebanese American University in Beirut
